Alex Dodd resigns as CEO to pursue new business interests, company founder Marion McGovern to assume role

SAN FRANCISCO, CA (June 29, 2009) – M Squared Consulting, Inc., the parent company of Collabrus, Inc., and recognized leader in the field of flexible human capital, today announced that Alex Dodd has resigned as Chief Executive Officer and President. His duties will be assumed by Marion McGovern on an interim basis until a full-time replacement is named.

Marion McGovern co-founded M Squared in 1988 and Collabrus in 1995. She currently serves on the board of directors, she is also the former President and Chairman of the company. Before starting M Squared, McGovern had consulting positions with Booz Allen & Hamilton and Arthur D. Little. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Boston University and her master of business administration degree from University of California, Berkeley. McGovern is an adjunct professor at MacClaren School of Business at the University of San Francisco, and is currently a Director for CPP Inc. and Interplast.
