He assumes the post of Senior Vice President and General Manager after having served two years as the Chief Marketing Officer for both Collabrus and its parent company, M Squared Consulting.

Prior to joining the Collabrus, Norup was Senior Vice President of Marketing for six years with the Nelson Family of Companies. Before Nelson, Norup was Vice President - Business Development for eSolo.com, and previous to that was Vice President - Marketing & Sales for Noverus. Norup was with Geodex International for eight years, the last four of which he served as President. He graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and earned an MBA from the University of California at Davis.
